Can I keep using the free plan?
The free plan includes 50GB per month and access to free servers in Japan. Data resets on the 1st of each month, although updates may be delayed. Daily check-ins may add a random data bonus. Free accounts with no wallet balance that remain unused for three consecutive months are automatically deleted. Server availability and speed depend on network conditions.
When does paid-plan data reset?
Standard VIP plans include 300GB every 30 days, measured from the purchase date rather than a fixed calendar date. Unused data does not roll over, and resets may be delayed by a few hours. The 1-day trial includes 30GB.
Can I renew early or combine plans?
Paid plans cannot be combined. Buying any new plan replaces the existing plan and all remaining benefits, so wait until it expires before buying again. Automatic renewal only uses your wallet balance and can be managed under “My Wallet”.
Why is installation different on iPhone?
iOS currently uses the third-party OpenVXS guide, unlike the iKuuu VPN client for Windows and Android. Check your App Store region and installation requirements, then follow the iOS guide.
What do server counts, data multipliers and speeds mean?
Server counts reflect listed connection options, not the number currently online. Data multipliers vary by server; check each server's displayed rate. Most free Japanese servers list a 50Mbps speed limit. Actual performance depends on your network, so try the service first.
Are gaming, BitTorrent or TikTok supported?
The official guidance excludes BitTorrent downloads, TikTok, gaming, Temu, changing IP addresses for domestic apps, fingerprint browsers, zero-rated traffic and chained proxies. Support requests for these uses are not accepted. Confirm that the service fits your needs before starting.
Can I get a refund after purchase?
The current terms do not allow refunds. Start with the free plan or the ¥1, 1-day trial, check that your device and network work well, then decide whether to buy a longer plan.
What if I cannot find the website or connect?
The current website is ikuuu.top, with ikuuu.pw as a backup. Email find@ikuuu.pro to receive the latest address automatically. If connection fails, first check whether your device clock differs from the actual time by more than 10 seconds, then read the guides and official announcements.
