Agreement and scope

The official agreement sets out the rights and obligations of iKuuu VPN and users who register, log in or use the service. Read it in full and understand its limits and responsibilities before use.

• The original agreement treats registration, login or use of the service as acceptance of its terms.
• The agreement requires users to have the necessary legal capacity to act and perform their obligations. Minors should read it with their legal guardian.

Registration and account security

Accounts are registered by email. Keep your account and password secure and take responsibility for activity under your account.

• The provider may reject registrations involving previously banned users, suspected false registration or impersonation.
• Contact official support promptly if your password is exposed or your account security is at risk.

Services and notifications

Purchases and refunds

The official agreement does not provide a refund mechanism or accept refund requests. It advises new users to try the service first. Confirm your needs and plan details before purchasing.

User conduct

Users must follow applicable laws and the official agreement. Do not publish or distribute prohibited content through the account or service, disrupt the service or infringe others' rights.

Service changes, interruptions and termination

The agreement describes when network services may change, be interrupted or end. Platform testing or updates may cause reasonable interruptions, for which the original text specifies advance notice.

• Violating the agreement, prolonged inactivity or explicitly rejecting new terms may result in termination.
• The original text includes a termination provision for more than six months of inactivity. Ask the provider about the status of a specific account and how account cleanup is applied.
• The original agreement states that after termination, the provider has no obligation to retain the account or related information.

Agreement updates

The provider reserves the right to amend the agreement. Published new terms replace the previous terms, and continued use is treated as acceptance. Users who disagree may stop using the service.
