Troubleshooting

Can't connect? Check these four things

Check your account, data allowance, system time and available servers in order, before repeatedly reinstalling the app.

Can't connect? Check these four thingsIllustration

Failure to connect is not always a problem with the installer. Check several basic conditions to determine more clearly whether the problem is in the account, the equipment set-up or the specific connection entry. Following is the order of screening based on the official website’s description.

Check I: Account status and service privileges

Access to the web user centre to confirm account status and current service privileges. The client login was successful and was not the same as having access to the selected servers.

Select the actual server of the account that is actually available in the client. If a free account is used, it should be selected according to the range of free services, and not all servers in the list are understood to be available.

Go to the Internet user centre.

Inspection II: Remaining flows and replacement time

View the remaining data of accounts and confirm the replacement rules for the current plan. Free data is reset on 1 day per month; regular VIP plans are reset every 30 days from the date of purchase, with the possibility of delayed arrival.

There may be different data multipliers at different servers, and the actual deductions are indicated by servers. If the status of the plan is uncertain, please confirm on the official website that it is not based solely on the connection switch of the client.

Inspection III: Equipment system time

The official web alert needs to be made aware of the accuracy of the time of the system. Check the date, time and time zones of the equipment and confirm that there is no apparent deviation of time.

Once the adjustment is completed, you return to the client to try to connect by normal process. If you have a specific error hint, please record it as it is so that you can continue searching.

Check IV: Other available servers and target sites

Try the other servers in the account access and do a simple test with a common web page. A single server or website does not necessarily mean that the entire service is not available.

The number of servers on the page is a snapshot of the information and does not represent the current online number and is not the result of this speed measurement. The latest service developments should be based on the official website bulletin and the actual nodal list.

When it still doesn't work, sort it out.

Read the official curriculum and website announcements of the corresponding platform. Recording the location of problems helps to reduce duplication of attempts.
